Mr. Cardoso is a Senior Consultant at Verus, where he focuses on advisory and discretionary institutional client relationships. He is a member of the OCIO investment committee. Prior to joining Verus, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs on the Multi-Asset Solutions portfolio management team where he worked with clients to design and implement their investment portfolios.
Before Goldman Sachs, Mr. Cardoso was part of the portfolio management team at Verus and had worked as an analyst on the mergers and acquisitions team at Excelia Gestão e Negócios in São Paulo, Brazil.
Mr. Cardoso received a bachelor of arts (BA) in business administration cum laude with a concentration in finance and a certificate of international studies in business (Portuguese language) from the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), the Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.
