Headlines warning of commercial real estate risks to the broader financial system may overstate the size and scope of the challenges in real estate. The office market faces serious challenges that are likely to persist, especially in lower-quality office assets. We are, however, seeing stabilization of pricing for the highest-quality office assets and expect some recovery in pricing.
